Wholesale accounts are for shops in the United States, and we cannot open one without a valid resale certificate. We need one for every state we ship to, or we have to charge you sales tax. Opening an account is at our discretion, and we can close one if these terms are broken.

$33 a pair. Every model, every size.

Dealer pricing is a flat $33 a pair on every shoe, shown when you are signed in to the wholesale store. There is no minimum order — one pair or a hundred.

You buy from what is in stock.

Orders come from current stock. Sizes and colourways sell out and are not always restocked, and there is no pre-book.

Card at checkout. Shipping charged per order.

Pay by card at checkout in the wholesale store. Shipping is charged per order on this scale: $10 for the first pair, $5 each for pairs 2 and 3, $2.50 each for every pair after that. So 3 pairs ship for $20, 6 pairs for $27.50, and 12 pairs for $42.50.

Advertised price of $69 or above. Kids' shoes $49. No marketplaces.

Manufacturing defects only.

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects. Stock that did not sell is not returnable.

When you send the application we record which version of these terms you agreed to, the date, and the internet address it was sent from. This is terms version 2026-09-07. If the terms change, the version number changes and you agree to the version shown when you sign. How we handle your information is in the privacy notice.

Once approved, sign in at lakai.com/account/login with the owner email on your application. You get a one-time code by email each time; there is no password. Dealer pricing shows as soon as you are signed in.
